Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way. The cottage has high speed internet to accommodate zoom meetings and guests working remotely.

Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). Bentonville has many superb restaurants, but we know how valuable it is to have the option of staying in. We aim for a slightly funky DIY aesthetic, as we bring some of our "Burning Man" sensibility to our home in Bentonville. We're located between the Town Square and the 8th Street Market. We're right off of the Razorback Greenway bike/walk trail & about a mile from Walmart HO.

Our home is a 1930s home, remodeled inside and out. We are on the bike trail and within walking distance of historic downtown Rogers amenities, where you will find fine dining, craft beers, bike shop, coffee shops, art galleries, cobble stone streets, and a farmers market. We are on a short dead end street a little more than a city block long, on a large .37 acre lot. It is a safe neighborhood. Neighbors know one another and extended family lives on the street.
