Thanks so much for a great week! The apartment is super nice and as described! Carmen and her family were always there for us and offered us valuable tips and support. Especially great was the possibility to use the jacuzzi as well as to use the indoor swimming pool + sauna (highly recommended) in the AquaForum. Thank you very much and only recommended!!

The Villa was spacious and satisfied our expectations. The grounds are wonderful, walk to town enjoyable, and location serene and peaceful. Close enough for a drive to Lago de Garda and Verona, and the train station at Brescia made the day trip to Venezia splendid. We also ventured to bouldering country at Val Massino. The adult young men spent a lot of time at the ping pong table as well!!

Absolutely loved this place! The cabin was spotless, beautifully organized, and incredibly cozy. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better. It had a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Italy. The cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out. Very nice and comfortable apartment, in a slightly shifted position from the center but still on the main street of Livigno. Good cleanliness. Excellent availability and kindness of Sergio and Adelia!

I gave my husband a weekend stay for his birthday. The place is really lovely, ideal for those who want to unwind and relax. An incredible view, you can access the stove in the house for a romantic atmosphere and cook the meat yourself with the barbecue provided. The owners were really super helpful, they brought us everything we needed to have a wonderful experience, Angelo and his daughters are really exquisite people. The only thing is that since there is no electricity, there is no possibility of drying your hair with a hair dryer, but they are working on it and we hope they will soon be able to bring electricity as well.

Elisabeth and Andreas are very likeable and lovable and made our stay unforgettable. The studio is in a quiet and very nice location. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We'd love to come back!

Great location. Great floor plan, stylish furnishings and extensive amenities. Quietly located with nice views. Very friendly, courteous communication. Easy access, check-in and check-out. It was very sweet that a mat, blanket, bowls and goodies were ready for our dog. Glad to come back!

We really enjoyed the days in Val Poschiavo. The great accommodation was a perfect base for our excursions. The house is great! Sensational location with views over the entire valley, very good amenities, absolutely clean, great garden. The communication with Ursula was very pleasant. A few days before arrival, we received all the necessary information and Ursula also tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks a lot!

We both absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful apartment the view from the spacious balcony was truly outstanding .It is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed In , Also I must mention the bedroom windows have mosquito nets which meant you could leave the window open at night . The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.
