Family friendly vacation rentals in Livigno

Very nice and comfortable apartment, in a slightly shifted position from the center but still on the main street of Livigno. Good cleanliness. Excellent availability and kindness of Sergio and Adelia!

We had an amazing time at Katja’s house! The apartment is new, with cozy interior design. The furniture is also new, making the stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect—right next to Mottolino and very close to the bus station. It takes just a few minutes to reach the town center, and there’s even a bakery with fresh buns forthe breakfast just around the corner! Katja and her husband are fantastic hosts. They are always available, quick to respond to any questions, and full of great tips to make your stay even better(restaurant, ski rent or ski-school). In case of any issues, they are there to help and find the best solutions. We highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back soon! :)

The suite is incredible, so well made with beautiful materials. The spa is great, as well as the terrace and home cinema. Great breakfast as well. We spent incredible few days here and can’t wait to come back! I fully recommend

The apartment fully reflects the description! Strategic location for Livigno downtown, restaurants, gas station, bar, recycling and wonderful walks along the river. The living area is spacious and cute, nice terrace, 2 rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Absolutely nothing is missing, there is an oven, dishwasher, microwave, ski storage... in short, everything! Impeccable cleanliness! Host attentive to any need, kind and responds quickly. I highly recommend this place because, for our needs it was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Maria Luisa is a kind and caring person, despite being after hours we were contacted immediately and put in a position to enter. We found the house clean and tidy and shortly after you arrived to regularize the stay by taking note of our documents. Very discreetly, she was always there to answer any of our questions. I was sorry I couldn't say goodbye before leaving. All I can do is thank you from here hoping to be able to repeat this beautiful experience soon.

Our Stay was perfect ! Maybe one Little thing, the walls are thin. Having a baby I sometimes felt bad for his noice… So to be taken into account.

Luzia’s chalet is a hidden gem in the mountains – perfect for an offline getaway in nature. It’s modern, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with everything you might need to feel cosy and at home. The surroundings are breathtaking, with several hikes nearby. The bathtub in the chalet is a wonderful addition for a fully relaxing experience. Luzia is incredibly kind and helpful – we can definitely recommend it!

A place with a view of the slope, right from the bedroom. The most important accepting dogs :) close to a pet store, dog-friendly restaurants, a grocery store, and a gondola. It's all in a quiet neighborhood. The entrance to the building and the apartment with a code to the private equipment storage room.

Very cozy house, many details that made the stay really pleasant, the kitchen equipped with everything you need, everything clean, very convenient location. We can't wait to come back!

A slice of paradise in beautiful Livigno. Beautiful outdoor area to enjoy the last sun of the day equipped with a bench, deckchair and coffee table. New apartment, very clean, modern, functional with a beautiful living area with large sofa, kitchen with everything you need. Beds with comfortable, well-made mattresses. The double bathrooms, both with shower, are an added value. Discreet and super kind host and family.

Looking forward to returning if it is available, honestly love the location and love the feeling inside the unit. The contemporary set up is really beautiful excellent shower, which is something that is well deserved after a good day of skiing.

We stayed for the second time at the Chalet St. Antoni for two weeks and confirm that it is a great accommodation, equipped with all the comforts, in the center of Livigno: we highly recommend this clean, spacious and modern apartment.

Me and my husband really loved staying at Marco’s place. Francesca was our contact during the stay and she is super nice. The chalet is lovely for two people and having a wellness room downstairs was a treat. Walking distance from the center were you can enjoy both cross country and downhill skiing and amazing food. Something I really loved is the cleaning soaps were chosen carefully and smelling so nice. We will definitely come back and also recommend friends and family!

Perfect stay in Livigno. Wonderful apartment, newly built and nicely decorated with much style. Great kitchen with all the amenities needed. Spectacular view from every room with the sauna being a nice touch. Close to nearby restaurants and shopping. Parking was easy and convenient. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Livigno.
