Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

We spent a few days ( 2-8.06.2025) at Podere Bocci with our family, and it was an absolutely exceptional time. The villa is even more beautiful than in the photos – very clean, spacious, and with a wonderful view of the Tuscan hills. The pool was perfect, discreetly cleaned every morning by the owner – everything was cared for down to the smallest detail. What impressed us the most, however, was the hospitality of the hosts – incredibly kind, helpful, and warm. They answered every question, brought us cake and prosecco for Grzesiek’s birthday, and surprised us with a delicious aperitivo at the end of our stay. We had never experienced such a warm welcome before – we truly felt exceptionally well taken care of. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, the charm of Tuscany, and genuine kindness. We will definitely be back! Comfortable place, well equipped. Pleasant terrace. Easy walking to historical sites--and a supermarket. Sylia is very helpful.

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

A perfect location for those seeking mosaics, mere steps away from San Vitale.

A very nice quiet place, we felt very comfortable together with our dog. The garden is an absolute dream and even though it was actually too cold for the pool, we used it 😉 Next time we'll stay longer 🤗

Only about 25% of the time do I say "I'd come back here" after an Airbnb stay. I said this shortly after checking in. VERY accurate description on line. Great location for exploring Ravenna's old city. Close enough to the ZTL line to make parking relatively painless. Centrally located to the historic churches we came to visit...which, by the way, were breathtaking.

Matteo's place is exactly like the description. We felt like home and Matteo is an impeccable host. I'm sure we'll come back to it.

The apartment is delicious: very welcoming, well cared for and tastefully furnished. It's in a really quiet area close to downtown. Marco is nice and very kind,always available without ever being intrusive

Hosts were very professional, kind, responsive, and genuine. Our stay was lovely and comfortable. Would love to stay again with them as they were very hospitable and even provided snacks and drinks in the Airbnb. Easy to communicate with and understanding. 5-stars!

Stayed for one night only for conference commitments. Delightful apartment, perfect for 1-2 people, equipped with everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness. Really pleasant sea cyst. Recommended

Franco is a wonderful host and Villa Calanco was a great place to stay. Franco is very quick to reply, gives out all the information you could need and want and is very helpful. The apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. We had a lovely time. There is plenty to do in the area and the garden offers ample opportunity to relax in the end of season sunshine in our case. We would happily return on our next visit to the area. Great place, excellent location !

Manuela was a wonderful host and met us at the apartment where she gave us a run through of the access. Inside was a table with a wide range of local tourism information which was really useful, and she also gave us local tips including where and which grocery stores were the best for various items we required. After some busy towns Ravenna was the most joyful stop on our trip with a beautiful peaceful town, surrounded with greenery and of course the beautiful mosaics. When we walked into the home it felt like home, which I was missing at this stage of our trip, it was warm and welcoming. It was well equipped and we cooked our dinners, having a break from pizza and pasta - getting some vegetables in was a plus. I thoroughly enjoyed my morning coffee at the cosy dining table area each morning and worked on my travel journal. We also had access to a washing machine to do a clothes refresh. The apartment is in close distance to so many attractions, shops and restaurants, a perfect spot!

Delightful apartment in Rimbocchi in the heart of the Casentino forests. Sophie was caring, always available and very quick to help us with all our needs. Fantastic bed, the apartment is tastefully furnished and the wood-burning stove was a real pleasure to use. Thank you for everything!!!

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our hostess, was totally warm and made us feel right at home with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us in everything – both are just wonderful people. And the best part: Antonella is a fantastic cook! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – what a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

Stefano and his partner, Arina were fantastic hosts. The apartment was perfect. Big balcony, great amenities, great location near the harbour. It was one of the best stays we have had. We were sad to leave. Thanks guys 🙏💕

The place was very nice, spacious and clean.

It was a pleasure to stay at Arianna and Paolos property. It was immaculate with every modern convenience and just a short walk to everything that you need to see in Ravenna. The garden area outside of the apartment was a delightful place to enjoy a glass of wine before venturing out to the many restaurants of Ravenna. All communications were timely and helpful.

Sara was simply perfect! Kind, helpful, and even left us a cake to offer to guests.

From this accommodation we had access to all the recommended classic tours of Ravenna, without using the car. The accommodation is at its best .
