Just a seven minute pleasant walk from one of Cornwall’s most beautiful dog friendly beaches that even in height of season is never overcrowded. Riverside, is a large, attractive apartment enjoying lovely views of the Hayle estuary (RSPB reserve), and is situated close to St Ives in the village of Lelant. It occupies the entire top floor of the Owner's Victorian home, but is entirely separate and is accessed via its own entrance. It comprises 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), and has free parking. There is an excellent pub, the popular links course at West Cornwall Golf Club and the white sandy beaches of Porth Kidney and Carbis Bay are nearby.
