Liebe Gäste, gerne möchte ich euch in meinem gemütlichen zu Hause willkommen heißen. ( in dieser Anzeige mietet ihr die gesamte Wohnung, weder ich noch andere Gäste werden gleichzeitig mit euch dort sein ;-) ) Die Unterkunft ist ruhig, am Waldrand gelegen und doch recht zentral. Es gibt Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants im Umkreis von fußläufig 10 Min. Mit Bus ( Nr.74 hält auch in Plagwitz + Südvorstadt) oder Bahn ( Nr. 7 ab Wielandstr. 4 Min zu Fuß) seid ihr in 15-20 min in der City.

Meine helle, modern eingerichtete 43 m²-Wohnung bietet alles, was du für einen entspannten Aufenthalt brauchst: ein komfortables Schlafzimmer mit Beamer , ein Wohnzimmer zum Wohlfühlen und einen Balkon mit grünem Ausblick auf das historische Völkerschlachtdenkmal.Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral: nur 3 Minuten zur Tram 16, 5 Minuten zum Lidl, gute Anbindung zur S-Bahn. Kostenfreie Parkplätze stehen im Hof bereit.

Beautiful and cozy flat with a very nice view over Leipzig. Close to the city center (ca. 20 minutes on foot) and perfect traffic connections because only 5 min to the next tram or bus stop and only 15 min to the main station to go everywhere from there (Fair, Airport, etc.). Nearby you can find a supermarket (Penny, Kaufland) with tobacco shop. IMPORTANT: PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED 2 BEDROOMS.
