The 80 square meter apartment is located in the lively Leipzig southern suburb with numerous bars, restaurants, cultural offerings as well as local recreation areas such as the alluvial forest, which, for example, invites you to a canoe trip to Lake Cospuden. The bus stop in front of the door provides the best connection to Plagwitz, Connewitz, Reudnitz and the city center. The apartment is on the fifth floor with great views of the city and plenty of daylight. The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk away.

Liebe Gäste, gerne möchte ich euch in meinem gemütlichen zu Hause willkommen heißen. ( in dieser Anzeige mietet ihr die gesamte Wohnung, weder ich noch andere Gäste werden gleichzeitig mit euch dort sein ;-) ) Die Unterkunft ist ruhig, am Waldrand gelegen und doch recht zentral. Es gibt Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants im Umkreis von fußläufig 10 Min. Mit Bus ( Nr.74 hält auch in Plagwitz + Südvorstadt) oder Bahn ( Nr. 7 ab Wielandstr. 4 Min zu Fuß) seid ihr in 15-20 min in der City.

Walking distance from art galleries, cinemas and theatres (see my guid book). Near to everything, public transport are available at a 3 minutes walk.
