Large nice apartment. In the living room comfortable couch with large flat screen TV. Kitchen fully equipped, including coffee machine (Melitta solo). Beautiful spacious bathroom with large shower. A highlight is the very large, partly covered roof terrace overlooking Lake Störmthal with the sauna, second terrace with large open space in front of the living room. Good for quiet vacations, hiking, and all kinds of water sports. Ideal for family vacation. Small private beach.

this new built holiday flat has 2 rooms (1 bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a studio couch (2 more sleeping places). it has a patio, heated floor and is fully furnished. You also have your own sauna. shopping and public transportation is available within a few walking minutes. Parking is free right in front of the flat. it only takes about 15 driving minutes to the city center. I am sure you will enjoy your stay in Leipzig. I hope to welcome you soon.

Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.
