I bid you heartily welcome to the former chocolate factory. The listed and lovingly restored in 2005, nuclear facility is situated in South Gohlis: Gohliser between the castle and the Schiller House (here, Schiller wrote his "Ode to Joy"), 2 minutes from the park, "Rosenthal" away. Until the famous Leipzig Zoo is a 15 minute walk. "How happy is me in Gohlis s" mused Goethe, and he should be right up to today: The situation is made for any taste - you want to jog in the morning, set in 2 minutes from the Rosenthal, a walk you want to find the park within walking distance, you can admire the Zooschaufenster the giraffes. For an extensive zoo, a footpath is to calculate 15 minutes. In the city for sightseeing or shopping, you are about 5 minutes by car. We also recommend the use of the tram, about 2 minutes from the apartment. You can reach a relaxed route through the forest road district, the city center and explore the rest of the city. The apartment itself is a generous cut Loftwohnung/1-Zimmer-Apartment. It features an open kitchen (including oven, stove, refrigerator, washing machine) with a seat at the bar for 2, sofa, TV, a comfortable bed (2 x 1.60 m) and an elegant bathroom (with bath tub). I rent out a large barrier-free 3-room apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south balcony and great views of Parthenaue. Everything is available, even for a longer stay. It is a new building. The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.

After my wife and I (as well as our dog) were greeted very friendly and warmly by Christina and her husband, a briefing in the apartment followed. We expected a lovingly furnished apartment, with amenities that left nothing to be desired. Dishes, cutlery, pots and so on, everything you need was available and waiting to be used. Particularly noteworthy, sewing kit for small emergencies and a small FIRST AID bag were there. Even for our dog, food and water bowls were available (dog says THANK YOU). The entire apartment made a very clean, well-kept and cozy impression, this impression was reinforced by the lovingly distributed accessories in the apartment. It was just beautiful…….. Since the apartment is in the backyard, the street noise did not disturb at any time. An extremely cozy porch and a private parking space complete the positive overall impression. Our stay at "Der Waldwiesen" was great. The highlight was the cozy fireplace. The kitchen is excellently equipped and invites you to cook together and end the evening with a good meal. Jens was very friendly and nice, even brought us rolls for breakfast on the day of arrival. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The location of the apartment is very quiet and the center is easy to reach (on foot about 20 minutes, by tram 6 minutes). We were very grateful and would be happy to come back!

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is as describe if not better. With high end appliances and bedding we felt like we were in a luxury 5 star hotel but with more personality! Checkin and parking was easy and communication was top notch! We highly recommend this place and would love to have stayed longer.
