The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. The apartment is very quiet to the courtyard and has a spacious balcony. • 22-minute walk from the main train station • 10-minute walk to the marketplace • Fully equipped kitchen • Spacious balcony • Washing machine • Box-spring bed • Shower • Restaurants and supermarkets right next door • Parking space in the parking garage (3-minute walk) for €10 per day

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

The best way to get to downtown Leipzig is by S-Bahn [suburban train], which you can walk to in 5 minutes from your apartment. There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.

The cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on two levels: clear design combined with a beautiful atmosphere and modern functionality.
