Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

Well-kept apartment with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer with spacious shower in the heart of Engelsdorf surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. Good motorway connection to the trade fair and the S-Bahn for business and leisure. Great starting point for bike tours. Sofa bed for 2 persons and travel cot for babies and toddlers Garden sharing, gladly with children (trampoline, swings, slide and tree house). In rainy weather, a small library and various games are available.

Old-building charm on Karli

My small 3-room apartment is centrally located, close to the popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. The city center and the park are within walking distance. I have lovingly renovated the apartment, so it has a special charm, but still “corners and edges”. There is a bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 m) + loft bed in the study (approx. 1.40). In the kitchen there is everything, including a Thermomix ;) The apartment is on the first floor, but is still relatively quiet and bright.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.
