Live directly on the Karl-Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. This is where the art scene "lives" (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property begins the so-called Neuseenland. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. Everything is no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl-Heine Canal. Currently, there are animals (including camels) on the Jahrtausendfeld, of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet in the middle of it.

Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.

Enjoy your vacation in our vacation home and get to know a piece of Leipzig Neuseenland. From our apartment it is about a 10-minute walk to Kulkwitzer Lake with several beaches, restaurants, a water ski facility, sauna, and a high ropes course. Boat trips and dives are also possible. In the immediate vicinity, the tram takes you directly to the center of Leipzig. On site there are several shopping opportunities. Your relaxing vacation can now begin.

Our apartment is a cozy apartment close to the cultural scene and not far from the center. In 5 minutes by tram and 15 minutes on foot you can reach the city center. At the same time, you can reach the popular pub mile with a variety of gastronomic facilities in just a few steps. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quietly located in a side street, so that you can enjoy a heavenly quiet night's sleep. And then the view from the terrace ....
