In the middle of the "artists' quarter" and overlooking the water

Live directly on the Karl-Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. This is where the art scene "lives" (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property begins the so-called Neuseenland. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. Everything is no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl-Heine Canal. Currently, there are animals (including camels) on the Jahrtausendfeld, of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet in the middle of it.

Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.

Very spartan, but as described... Has served its purpose! i only booked the studio half an hour before,communication was fast! One small drawback: Espresso coffee maker available,but not a single capsule for it... otherwise great,as described!

The place was great and easily accessible by car. Getting a parking space was not an issue. Public transport was within walking distance. There was also a shopping center nearby. The accommodation was modern and in very good condition.

This is a nice apartment in a house that probably only offers vacation rentals (will offer - there are still craftsmen in the house). Well furnished / simple - everything looks pretty new. 4 floors in the old building are also the daily sport - it is light-sounding (probably many simple walls moved in) and under the roof already quite warm in May. Good connection with several bus lines, but unfortunately no restaurants nearby.
