The listed and lovingly restored in 2005, nuclear facility is situated in South Gohlis: Gohliser between the castle and the Schiller House (here, Schiller wrote his "Ode to Joy"), 2 minutes from the park, "Rosenthal" away. Until the famous Leipzig Zoo is a 15 minute walk. "How happy is me in Gohlis s" mused Goethe, and he should be right up to today: The situation is made for any taste - you want to jog in the morning, set in 2 minutes from the Rosenthal, a walk you want to find the park within walking distance, you can admire the Zooschaufenster the giraffes. For an extensive zoo, a footpath is to calculate 15 minutes. In the city for sightseeing or shopping, you are about 5 minutes by car. The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

Vacation in the lake cottage "Vierwasser:" the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

Top renovated air-conditioned apartment in the attic

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

VILLA, WINE and GARDEN

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. You are just as welcome there as in our guest apartment. We will gladly give you advice and tips about our city over a glass of wine. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The detached house in the small town of Annaburg is just a few meters from the Annaburger Heide. It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

The large sun terrace with lake view, the cozy living-dining area with fireplace and the 3 bedrooms offer enough space for up to 8 people – to chat, eat, play, laugh, romp, dream.
