With this apartment you have the best connections in all directions - within 10 minutes you can be in the center or at the genocide monument. The apartment has a view over all the rooftops of Leipzig and you can actually see all the landmarks of the city from above! The roof terrace invites you to sunbathe and drink iced coffee on the outdoor bed and the sunset is perfectly placed from there. The apartment is also located exactly between two beautiful parks.

Time out and relaxation in the south of Leipzig

The apartment is ideal for craftsmen, guests in transit or people who do not mind that the apartment is located a little outside. Bus and tram are nearby. The balcony with a view of the countryside invites you to switch off. Smokers are welcome... but please only on the balcony ;-.
