Situated in a calm street right at the corner of Karl-Heine-Straße where bars, restaurants and cafes are plenty to choose from. Walking distance from art galleries, cinemas and theatres (see my guid book). Near to everything, public transport are available at a 3 minutes walk.

It's not even a 10-minute walk to the city center, past the Federal Administrative Court and the town hall.
