The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. Vacation in the lake cottage "Vierwasser:" the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.
