The positive surprises began right with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house at no extra charge or the like, simply because it was just free. Pierre is extremely accommodating and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely decorated, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return to Pierre's at any time! Simply recommended!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped – everything you need. Communication with the host was friendly, clear and super fast. Check-in and check-out were extremely simple and straightforward. A big plus: directly opposite there is a large parking lot where there was always a free space. All around a great experience – absolute recommendation!

I am writing this review for my mother and her husband for whom I booked this apartment. I have been staying at Mandee's castle since the end of June with great pleasure and that was the reason why my mother and partner decided to rent an apartment in the former brewery for a week. We had a fantastic week with the three of us where we were able to explore the wide area and we all came to the conclusion that Saxony has much more to offer than we had previously thought. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped with all facilities, has comfortable beds, plenty of space to sit outside... and as the biggest plus for my mother, the possibility to take their dog Silke with them. I myself will be staying at Mandee until the end of August, and why my stay was extended from initially one month to two months actually says enough. A beautiful place, recommended for anyone who is looking for peace and nature but still wants to have many interesting (worldclass) sights in the near area.

Amazing apartment, very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Very nice and quiet location. We are glad we chose this beautiful place that felt like home. The host is very friendly and responsive.

Close to the city yet quiet and relaxed, a little gem. The accommodation has everything you need and more...like balcony, washing machine, teapot and much more. It's very tidy & clean and once you get 🦚 used to the peacock you can chill out super... I felt very comfortable and spent more time in the accommodation than planned, simply because it invites you to come to yourself and to distance yourself from stressful everyday life. The landlady is an experienced yoga teacher and if you like, you can get further support in "coming down" in this way and will be well advised here, as well as on the topic of "establishing healthy sleep habits"...as we know, healthy sleep is the basis for so much...whether we are well or not...whether we get sick or not, etc. So if you want to do something for yourself & personal relaxation, this is the place to be.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The place was clean, well equipped and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Great for families with children, as the playroom for young and old leaves nothing to be desired. We had a lovely time and were able to explore the surroundings even in rainy weather (Lausitz-Therme and Eisenbahnmuseum are very suitable for rainy days and can be reached in a few minutes by car.) highly recommended.

It was wonderful, we'd love to come back!!! The accommodation is still completely new, so to speak, everything is sparkling clean and fully furnished with everything you need, supermarket and other shops are within walking distance. The lake is great on the side of the house and with a private boat to relax. We enjoyed the peace and the beautiful garden very much. Our stay at "Der Waldwiesen" was great. The highlight was the cozy fireplace. The kitchen is excellently equipped and invites you to cook together and end the evening with a good meal. Everything was clean, stylishly furnished and thought out in detail. The property offers just the right mix of comfort and feel-good charm. We enjoyed every minute and are looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic vacation home! The location is simply unbeatable – quiet, idyllic and with a fantastic view of the lake, which we enjoyed every day. The house itself is lovingly decorated, very well maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We had a wonderful weekend at Kathrin's "Haus an der Wiese". Only 7 minutes walking from the station, it was easy to reach by public transportation. The decor style has met exactly my taste! It was super cozy, the reading lamps perfect and the bed comfortable! Less than 5 minutes from the house we were in nature. The Augustusburg can be reached via forest trails, along streams and blooming meadows. We will be happy to come back!

Great place to take a break. The location of the house impresses with its proximity to the adjacent lake & thus with lake view at any time of the day 😉

Saskia instructions were clear and precise which was very helpful . She was also flexible with the timings. The house and the beautiful garden was great , both my dog and my kid loved the time spent there running around the garden. Would definitely stay there again if we get the chance.

Great apartment in a great location for upscale standards, recommendation!

We had a great stay at Stefanie and her husband's. The two were extremely friendly and gave us great tips for things to do and restaurants. We particularly liked the quiet location directly on the Zschopau bike path. We were also able to return by train after the tour.

I spent several weeks in this apartment and felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything is modern, new and high quality – especially the kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The view and peaceful surroundings make the stay even more pleasant. I would particularly like to highlight the super nice landlord: He regularly inquired whether everything was okay and was always helpful. When I asked for an iron, I was quickly given a new iron and ironing board right outside the door – great! I absolutely loved it and can fully recommend the apartment. We'd love to come back anytime!
