Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

This cozy tiny house is located right on a lake. You will spend your vacation on the idyllic property of a historic water mill in the middle of nature. There is a permaculture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes. If you want to go from nature to the big city, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. There is an oven and even a bathtub. Right in front of the house is a fireplace just for you.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.
