Centrally located cozy cottage, near KU campus

I hope you enjoy staying at my place as much as I enjoy hosting. This cozy cottage was my first home, in which I recently updated. It is equipped with a full kitchen, single bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV equipped with 100 mbps and Amazon Firestick and cable TV with 70 plus channels. In temperate months, I have a large fenced-in backyard and back deck for use. If you need anything at all, I am a phone call or message away.

This carriage house sits on 2 acres, with the original 1860s house. Located 1 mile East of historic Mass. St. in Lawrence, KS, it has 3 BR & 2 bathrooms. Access is limited to the space above the garage (must climb stairs), private balcony, & the front/middle yard. Absolutely ZERO smoking OR vaping tolerated or allowed on premises! Be aware before booking! You must acknowledge & agree to the house rules when booking!

Our carriage house studio apartment is in the historic Old West Lawrence neighborhood near downtown + KU , just a short walk to the stadium for football home games or to dining + entertainment. The bait shop is a private, separate house, with its own entry and parking. It’s very cozy and quiet. It’s a short walk south to the KU stadium, and a ten-minute walk to lovely downtown Lawrence. The house is perfect for a single person or couple. We recently added an outdoor patio area with a barbecue grill for your enjoyment!
