Vacation rentals with a patio in Lanusei

Durante il soggiorno di una settimana nella splendida casa di Silvana è stato un po' come sentirsi a casa. La posizione è davvero di facile accesso, comodissima anche per gli spostamenti a piedi. Nel raggio di pochi km in auto è possibile visitare tantissime spiagge bellissime e molto caratteristiche. Silvana è una persona gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Consigliamo il suo alloggio!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this adorable little apartment in Tortolì! The space is cozy, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was very private and the little Terrasse is nice to have :) The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing helpful tips and ensuring I had everything I needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable place to stay in Sardinia.

El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado y el piso aunque es pequeño para 4 personas es muy acogedor. Las playas cercanas son preciosas y una cosa que me gusto mucho del airbnb es que en la entrada tienes un patio con una manguera lo cual es perfecto para quitarte la arena que traes pegada en el cuerpo antes de entrar a la casa. La cocina esta muy bien equipada, y la casa nos la entregaron limpia. Una cosa a tener en cuenta es que todas las puertas deben permanecer abiertas durante la noche para que el aire acondicionado circule correctamente por toda la casa, ya que solo hay un aire en la cocina. Laura se comunicaba de forma rapida y eficiente con nosotros e incluso tienen una guia que te ayuda mucho con los sitios cercanos.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat uns entsprochen und war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Alles war auch sehr sauber. Das Meer, die Restaurants und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Tolle Kommunikation. Auf Anfragen und Probleme wurde sofort reagiert. Wir können diese Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen. Auch der Ort ist es definitiv wert, für ein paar Tage besucht zu werden. Parkplätze gab es für uns an der Strasse, es könnte aber auch eng werden. Auch ist zu bedenken, dass der Ort eher etwas abgeschottet liegt, da es rundherum recht gebirgig ist. Vielen Dank für alles.

Casa stupenda con tante camere fornite di bagno privato che consentono riservatezza. Lo spazio comune se si è in tanti è un po sacrificato ma per il resto ne vale la pena Casa fornitissima anche di accessori che non ci si aspetta e Host amichevole e disponibile. DA TORNARE!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was sparkly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The backyard with the pool is very nice addition. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

La Orange House è molto accogliente, silenziosa, pulitissima. Bellissimo mobilio, divano e letti comodissimi, zanzariere e condizionatori, tutto quello che serve per essere a proprio agio. L'alloggio era pulito, le spugne morbide e profumate, la biancheria impeccabile. Pentole e stoviglie nuove. La zona è calmissima è c'è un bello spazio esterno nella veranda dove si può pranzare e cenare. La zona è molto comoda per ogni spostamento, di notte c'è una calma meravigliosa. Consiglio la Orange House e torneremo sicuramente!

Stefano è stato super disponibile e gentile. Ci ha dato ottimi consigli in fatto di spiagge e ristoranti. Accoglienza perfetta e disponibilità continua. Un vero punto di riferimento. Casa accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Consigliatissima.

Das Haus ist unglaublich schön gelegen. Drum herum ist nur die wunderbare Landschaft Sardiniens und Nachts der eindrucksvolle Sternenhimmel zu sehen. Fernab vom Tourismus Troubel hört man nichts außer Vögel, ab und zu die vorbeiziehenden Schafe. Das Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken. Am Strand ist man in 10 min. Ins Haus gelangt man über eine kleine Brücke. Der Raum ist gefühlt riesig und sehr schön ausgebaut. Für alle Fenster gibt es Mosquitonetze bei Bedarf. Das Schlafzimmer ist abgetrennt durch eine Wand mit Schrank mit genügend Stauraum. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und wir haben super gut geschlafen. Auch das Badezimmer und die Küche sind top ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Sofas auch mal zum siesta machen gemütlich. Vor dem Haus kann man unter Olivenbäumen sitzen. Serenella hat uns einen wunderschönen Blumenstrauß auf den Tisch gestellt und Sonnenschirme für den Strand gegeben. Perfekte Gastgeberin mit super Tipps für den Urlaub und leckeren Produkten ihrer Farm!

This is a lovely property, especially if you are traveling with children. There is emough outside space, a playground is 3 minutes walk away. Everything is super clean, kitchen is well stocked, two bathrooms are a nice to have. Matteo is always very responsive and kind.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Ignazia. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war spektakulär und Ignazia hat bei all unseren Fragen sehr schnell und hilfsbereit reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Esperienza piacevole, appartamento adeguato e fedele alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato subito parcheggio proprio davanti, il paesino è carino e le persone cordiali. Tutto immerso nel silenzio, si sente solo la natura. Siamo stati accolti in orario e abbiamo ricevuto tutte le indicazioni sul posto, bar e pizzeria, servizi etc. La casa è ben curata e pulitissima, abbiamo usato solo una camera da letto ed era tutto in ordine. Nonostante il materasso non fosse comodo, lascio comunque una valutazione a 5 stelle nella speranza che venga cambiato il prima possibile. L'altro aspetto poco chiaro sono i numeri civici delle case in via Roma, ci sono ancora le vecchie targhette con i vecchi numeri e siamo andati un pochino oltre ma è tutto veramente a due passi e abbiamo trovato la casa facilmente. Ottimo il giardino all'esterno, abbiamo fatto colazione in compagnia delle rondini locali. Tutto promosso!

Auch wenn wir nur zwei Nächte im Airbnb verbracht haben, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Airbnb hat uns sehr gefallen, alles wie beschrieben und der Garten war besonders schön! Im April hatten wir den Strand fast für uns allein. Baden war sogar möglich, also gerne Strandtücher mitnehmen. Zu Fuß erreichbare Restaurants gibt es in der Nebensaison nicht, jedoch konnten wir in der Küche sehr gut kochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le logement est très agréable, avec une belle piscine et à proximité de la côte et des plages en voiture. Gian Luca était très réactif, je recommande !

Il soggiorno a casa di Sonia è stato perfetto, la casa è super spaziosa, rinnovata di recente e con un bello spazio esterno che abbiamo apprezzato sia noi che il nostro cane! Consigliato per una vacanza rilassante in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a spiagge bellissime.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, das Bett war super bequem. liegt zwar in Flughafennähe war aber trotzdem ruhig und wir haben bestens geschlafen. Unterkunft liegt außerhalb in einem Garten, man ist für sich. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 min in der Stadt, bei Pasticceria, Bar oder Pizzeria.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

Signora Daniela molto disponibile e comunicativa e attenta alle esigenze dei propri ospiti. Bilocale molto bello situato all’interno di una piccola palazzina, molto ben curato e pulito, arredato con molto gusto e completo di tutto tanto da sentirsi come a casa propria. Distante circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro pedonale dì Tortoli e a pochissimi minuti di auto dalle più belle spiagge della zona. Fortemente consigliato

I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

Wir waren für 10 Tage in der Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern. Der Check In und Check Out verlief reibungslos. Gianfranco versorgt seine Gäste mit vielen Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Strände in der Nähe und diese sind wirklich gut. Er war auch immer ansprechbar, wenn man eine Information benötigte. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn man seinen Urlaub abseits der Touristenzentren verbringen möchte. Und wir bekamen sogar Erdbeeren direkt frisch vom Feld. 😀

Lovely apartment in the mountain town of Baunei. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy, with an unbelievable view from the kitchen windows! Good location for hiking, however the town is a small one so not a huge choice in restaurants/cafe’s. Gian Marco was very friendly and accommodating! Parking on the street outside was also very easy.

Wir haben uns zu zweit in der hübschen, hellen und geschmackvollen Unterkunft von Eva unglaublich wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig, die Ausstattung sehr gut (Handtücher, Kissen, Decken, Geschirr, Gläser etc.) und die Terrasse sensationell. Es gab auch einen deliziösen Willkommensgruß, über den wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Wir schließen uns den anderen 5-Sterne-Bewertungen voll und ganz an! Unser Highlight war die Lage der Wohnung: den fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer (inklusive Sonnenaufgang) von Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer oder Terrasse aus genießen und in nur 12 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand stehen, der Ende April noch traumhaft menschenleer war. Auch Einkaufen, Frühstücken- und Essengehen war zu Fuß leicht möglich. Die zahlreichen Restaurant-Tipps von Valentina und Eva waren sehr hilfreich. Wir haben täglich Verschiedene davon ausprobiert. Alle top! Die Erreichbarkeit von Valentina war sehr gut, und der Kontakt unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le logement de Vanna Daniela est très agréable ! La plage est accessible à pied en quelques minutes, un commerce se trouve juste à côté. C'est idéalement situé. L'appartement est propre, agréable, avec une très bonne literie, et contient tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Surtout, Vanna Daniela est une hôte remarquable, aux petits soins avec les personnes qu'elle reçoit. Je recommande chaudement ce logement !

This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.
