We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

Everything about this place is perfect. Location, communication, huge bathroom, everything you need in kitchen, balcony looking over the sea. Will book again upon return to area. Thanks for having us Aussie’s.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

We had a great stay, with a friendly and responsive host. The location of flat is great, next to an awesome ice cream shop, a park in front and the beach across. We unintentionally mucked up the (very clear) checkout process (100% our own fault) and the team were kind - it should have been our problem and they made it their own. Above and beyond - thankyou again :-).

We stayed here for a couple of weeks climbing in the area, the location is perfect, walking distance to the sea, supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful walking routes and a short drive to spectacular climbing. We were here in November so it was quiet and peaceful which was perfect for us, I’d imagine the summer is a tad busier! The apartment was spacious, great balcony facing the sea, adequate kitchen utensils, and fairly comfy. Would definitely stay again!

We had a very pleasant stay at Torre di Barri with Raffaele. The apartment is equipped with all essentials and we found everything that we needed. The little town is more lively than expected, which was nice as some restaurants were available in walking distance. The next supermarket is in Bari Sardo, which is 5 min car ride away. I think it makes sense to come with a car. Parking was no problem. The beach is in front of the house. Having breakfast on the balcony with Beachview everyday is fantastic! If you get up early you will also be able to see the sunrise from the balcony. All in all a very beautiful stay and we would like to visit again if we ever have the chance.

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

We just had a great stay at Dominique's place. The house, within a serviced apartment, was a pleasant surprise, very clean, well-appointed and a nice view of the sea and the swimming pool. It provides all necessary amenities. On the residence itself we cannot be objective because having stayed at the end of October, nothing was open. Foxi manna beach is a 3kms drive away, one restaurant bar was still open. This is the closest beach to the residence with fine sand. We'd love to come back in high season. The place is located in a quiet area, with a pool and a cove 3 min walk. It has tennis courts, soccer, volleyball. It is necessary to hire linens and towels if they do not take them. Access is very good. There is a parking just alado but you have to move the luggage by hand about 50 meters since it is a pedestrian area and the car does not access the house. It has air conditioning, which is greatly appreciated. The water is not drinkable almost anywhere on the island, so you have to buy before you go. If no food is brought there is a bar right in the development for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it is advisable to stop as you leave the airport at some supermarket. Anyway there are shops in urbanizations nearby within a 5 min drive. But you should look at the times because it closes at noon. There is a community pool with 3 other houses. Very quiet and relaxing.

Four of us enjoyed our family vacation. The pool and view were fantastic. In addition, we were able to use a tennis court and football field. Everything was available in the house and very comfortably furnished. A stone beach was within walking distance, but with small children, it was challenging to swim. For the nearest sandy beach we each took the car (5 minutes). This one was beautiful and practical. Check in and check out were very flexible and hassle-free. Gladly again, thank you for a pleasant stay.

Excellent stay for a very relaxing 11day holiday with 2 children. Place perfect for the children with additional amenities like night lights which was great. Pool shared with 4 other villas but only 1 other villa occupied and practically had to ourselves. The View from the garden and pool was stunning, better than the pictures! Very clean and comfortable villa with air con, great outdoor space, walking distance to the sandy beach (with children age 5 and 3 15-20mins). Beach was perfect for children. Rocky beach 5minutes from the villa but the sandy beach was much better. Fully equipped kitchen and excellent outdoor BBQ space (we bought our children’s plastic plates/cups after asking Valentina). Surprised no wifi available and the phone signal was quite intermittent. Valentina was very friendly, proactive, answered questions straight away and had great recommendations. Our stay at Matteo’s place was an unforgettable family holiday. The beauty of the Sardinian beaches and landscape are impossible to put into words… it is unlike anywhere we have ever been. Truly magical! The accommodation was perfect for our family of four. It had a beautiful, large outdoor seating area, overlooking a gorgeous, well-kept garden. The house is equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The decor is fresh and thoughtful, with a seaside theme. Both Matteo and Ignazia went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday. It’s a very quick walk from the property to the most incredible beach. Turquoise water and white sand stretching for miles in both directions, with a backdrop of lush green mountains. There are beach cafes that are perfect for lunch. We found all of Matteo’s recommendations of restaurants and beaches excellent and extremely helpful. Matteo has been a spectacular host and we were so sad to leave this amazing property and beautiful island!

A lovely place to stay.

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

Such a beautiful location. We were met in person , and shown around the apartment. It was very comfortable, we were given welcoming drinks and cake. The best feature is the spacious balcony, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view. We would definitely recommend this apartment

Lovely apartment with a beautiful terrace and view of the sea, and a great shower! Good location slightly up above the main street but a 5/10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. We struggled to work out where to park as you need the key with the gate fob before you can open the driveway gates to park a car. The owners who met us were very friendly and welcoming but spoke little English so it was hard to communicate where they wanted us to park, but we got there in the end! Overall a lovely relaxing stay visited by many friendly cats on the terrace.

Had unforgettable week spent at Daniela's place. Beautiful beach in just 2 minutes walking. Clean and has everything what you need for comfortable accommodation. You must try shower on the terrace and garden to cool you down in hot weather! Communication with the host is easy and very informative for staying. Recommend for everyone!
