It features a concrete 32' deep by 30' wide dock with swim platform. Our cove is tucked far back, so you’ll avoid dealing with large main channel waves. Any stays 28 days or longer will require any guests 18 years old or older to complete a background check, credit score check, and sign a lease agreement. All payments are made through AirBNB.

The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. It is located close to many bars/restaurants/pools by land and water. There are several boat and pwc rental companies very close to condo if you don't have your own with you. The property has 2 pools and a sand beach area for you to relax and enjoy. There is a nice deck with a gas grill overlooking the main channel with a fantastic view.
