We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we did have an issue once with the keypad on the front door. We tried reaching out to the property manager, but never heard back from him. The owners on the other hand were extremely responsive and friendly and helped us resolve the issue quickly. the neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. There are no sidewalks, so keep that in mind if you bring your pets and want to take them for a walk. We loved seeing the wildlife around the neighborhood too. I have family in the area and will definitely stay here again.

We were at Tan Tar A for a technical conference; the hotels are always packed. The Evolve AirBnB was a great location near the conference center and was "better than expected" and much nicer than any of the available hotels. Further, it accommodated 4 adults for 2 nights for right around $600 - unbeatable if you're booking individual hotel rooms. Look forward to staying with you all again soon!

Pretty Darn clean! I've stayed at some places at the Lake of the Ozarks that have not been so clean to say the least. this was pretty darn clean. My family had an enjoyable time. Only couple of gripes would be that an aluminum ladder needs to be purchased and installed on the dock so you can go swimming. There is a ladder near the dock, but it's kinda nasty and old. Only interior gripe was the furnace FAN ran continuous even when the A/C compressor was off. What that does, is pull in humidity from outside and when showers are also taken, the humidity goes off the charts inside the house. the Ecobee was reading 63% humidity. I didn't reach out for help, as we were really only in the house for sleeping for the most part. the furnace fan is located upstairs, so pulling humidity in the sleeping area could bother some on hit summer nights, but we were fine, as it was late September. Overall i was very happy and still would give 5 stars.

Had such an amazing stay and always felt comfortable. We got there a bit late to check in due to vehicle issues but the owner was super sweet and compassionate. The rooms were spotless, super clean and well maintained. If you’re looking for something cozy right next to the beautiful sounds of the river as boats pass by this is the perfect place. We took advantage of the grill and found that they supplied everything we thought we would have to buy. I had bought pizza not knowing if there was a pan at the house and turns out there were baking pans as well. Maybe it’s been the airbnbs I’ve been to but they didn’t have all these things that were so helpful ! Thank you so much to Evolve for our stay it was so peaceful and just what I needed.
