Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Living like at home

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all the important places. The train station and grocery stores are a 5-10-minute walk away. The bus station is 2 minutes away. Close to cross-country ski trail, ski school and Bündalift. Walk around Lake Davos and to the beach. With the guest card, public transport in the region is free of charge. Entrance to the indoor swimming pool, ice rink, museum, etc. is reduced.

The location slightly above Küblis is optimal and offers a magnificent view.
