Ett enkelt och mysigt rum i närheten till havet, stationen, skog och Båstad. Observera att rummet är enkelt och litet, ca 10 kvm inklusive badrum och kökspentry. Boendet lämpar sig framför allt för en person men det finns möjlighet till vistelse för två personer. Området är väldigt lugnt utan nämnvärd trafik. För dig som vill komma ifrån bilkörningen finns det cyklar att hyra. Från hösten till tidigt på sommaren kan utrymmet användas som studentboende till ett mycket kraftigt reducerat pris.

A fresh apartment in the basement of our house with separate entry and with all the facilities. Coop Supermarket & bus-stop infront of house, No pets, no smoking inside the house. Bathroom is a little bit across cinema-room and across the hall. Light cooking is possible. Bedsheets & towels not included in the price, can be arranged at extra cost of 50SEK per towel & 50 per sheet . As cleaning charges are not included in the price, you have to leave the room in condition as you recieved.

Välkommen till Laxvik. Vi finns söder om Halmstad och har 100 meter ner till havet. Du bor i ett rum med utsikt över havet. Intill knuten finns även Gullbranna Naturreservat med fina promenadstigar som leder in i skogen och ut med havet. Här finns fina badstränder precis utanför. Med cykel tar du dig lätt till Tönnersa stranden och Mellbystrand på populära Kattegattsleden som kan ta dig till Båstad. Cirka 2 km från oss finner du Gullbranna Camping, där finns det ett minilivs.

Busshållplats ca 100 m från huset med anknytning till Båstad station ca 10 minuter från här. OBS ! Egna sängkläder och handduk medtages.

Very cozy tiny housy in a super picturesque part of Southern Sweden. The home had everything we needed for a few nights - although maybe a bit chilly for early April - and Annika was a lovely host. Also, the garden is wonderful!

Perfekt plats för en avkopplande vistelse! Huset ligger i ett lugnt område med vackra omgivningar, är jättefint inrett och har en superskön säng. Värden var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi åker gärna tillbaka i sommar! Nära både golfbanor, lantgårdar, stranden och charmiga små byar – det finns verkligen något för alla. Vi besökte bland annat Wapnö gård, Särdals kvarn och Heagård, ett riktigt guldkorn med butik på landet, konst, kläder och fantastiska matvåfflor i lantlig miljö. I närheten finns också flera bra matställen med lokalproducerade råvaror. Toppbetyg rakt igenom! Rekommenderas varmt!

Unser Urlaub bei Janna und ihrer Familie war einfach perfekt! Die Familie ist sehr aufgeschlossen und herzlich - uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und die schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Von hier aus kann man viel erleben und muss dafür gar nicht weit fahren: tolle Strände zum Entspannen, schöne Wälder zum Wandern, nette Dörfer und Städte bieten sowohl bei gutem als auch bei schlechtem Wetter viel Abwechlung. Bei Ratschlägen für Ausflugsziele gibt die Familie gerne individuelle Tipps. 100%ige Weiterempfehlung!!

Highly recommended Marcus's and Christina's flat, very warm flat (stayed in November) and peaceful location with playground and park outside. We'd love to stay again.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Garten, der ideal für Hunde ist: komplett eingezäunt, großzügig und wirklich hundefreundlich. Unsere Vierbeiner hatten dort jede Menge Auslauf und konnten nach Herzenslust toben.

Mysigt och perfekt för en weekend getaway! Väldigt rent och fint, med en hemtrevlig känsla redan från första intrycket. Boendet hade allt man behövde och mer, och det var lugnt och tyst – precis vad vi behövde för att koppla av. Åsa var väldigt hjälpsam, tillmötesgående och gjorde vistelsen extra smidig. J’ai été super bien accueilli par Anna et son mari qui ont tout fait pour que mon séjour d’une nuit se passe le mieux possible. La chambre est parfaite.
