The cottage is 12.5 m2 x 2 containing a kitchenette and living room as well as a small toilet with shower (1.1x1.3 m) on the ground floor. In the kitchen area, there is a sink, fridge, stove, coffee maker and kettle. In the sleeping loft, which you reach via a narrow spiral staircase, there is a double bed. Note: low ceiling height, to ridge about 1.60 cm. There is access to a private patio with barbecue grill (including charcoal), two "brasse chairs," parking for car or bicycle. Two bicycles are also available for rent at no extra cost.

A cozy summer gem close to both beach, forest and restaurants. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. Distance to the beach is 500 meters and to the forest it is 750 meters. Restaurants are just around the corner. There are beds for 6 people. A double bed, a sofa bed and a bunk bed. Sunny south-facing balcony. Laundry facilities are available in a separate room. Bus stop is on the street outside the property. With it, you can get to Båstad and Laholm.

Charming coastguard cottage, built in 1909, in southern Mellbystrand. Renovated in 2021. On the plot, which is 7500 sqm, there are several houses, our family uses 2 of them. This charming house has a courtyard with outdoor furniture. A small path leads down to the fantastic beach. Below the house is a newly-built house that partially obscures the sea view, but the proximity to the sea and the pleasant neighborhood, we hope, outweigh this.
