Through the gate from the garden there is close access to the river Lagan which is a popular location for salmon fishing. The guest house is located on the backside of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living area and sleeping places for four. Have fun with the family at this stylish place, completed in the spring of 2023. From the property you will see magically beautiful sunsets. Beach minutes away and is only reached through a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds as well as a smaller one with an 80-bed one that could easily be pulled out to a 160-bed. Fully equipped modern kitchen with lights and nice dining area. The home is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.
