Distance to the sea 200 m, the center 800 m and the port of Båstad 1500 m. Bus stop about 100 m from the house with connection to Båstad station about 10 minutes from here. Oops ! Welcome to Laxvik. We are located south of Halmstad and are 100 meters down to the sea. You will stay in a room overlooking the sea. Next to the junction, there is also Gullbranna Nature Reserve with nice walking paths that lead into the forest and out to the sea. There are nice beaches just outside. By bike, you can easily get to Tönnersa beach and Mellbystrand on the popular Kattegattsleden, which can take you to Båstad. About 2 km from us, you will find Gullbranna Camping, where there is a mini grocery store.

Ett enkelt och mysigt rum i närheten till havet, stationen, skog och Båstad. Observera att rummet är enkelt och litet, ca 10 kvm inklusive badrum och kökspentry. Boendet lämpar sig framför allt för en person men det finns möjlighet till vistelse för två personer. Området är väldigt lugnt utan nämnvärd trafik. För dig som vill komma ifrån bilkörningen finns det cyklar att hyra. Från hösten till tidigt på sommaren kan utrymmet användas som studentboende till ett mycket kraftigt reducerat pris.

Bathroom across cinema-room and across the hall. Light cooking is possible. Fridge /small freezer. Cinemaroom NOT included but can be offered at xtra charge. Location 200 m from the beautiful beach. 100 meters to bus stop, line 314 with good connections to Halmstad.

The guest suite is newly renovated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The property is located on 9 hectares of mostly forest and surrounded by hundreds more. In the middle of nowhere yet only 10 minutes to E4. The hosts are a Swedish/American couple and are available on site. Pets are welcome! Rustic luxury!

No possibility to cook or store food. Note: Open staircase between downstairs and upstairs. We who usually live in the house will live downstairs during this period. Cat and dog are in the house.
