Cottage of 12 sqm with wonderful location in the lush garden. Shower, toilet and kitchenette with direct entrance via stairwell. The kitchenette has a fridge , a stovetop, a microwave, etc., however, the apartment. Patios in garden. Free parking outside the house. Peaceful and quiet villa area. Distance to the sea 200 m, the center 800 m and the port of Båstad 1500 m. Bus stop about 100 m from the house with connection to Båstad station about 10 minutes from here. Oops ! Private bed linens and towel are included.

A cozy room close to the sea and tennis

A simple and cozy room close to the sea, the station, forest and Båstad. Please note that the room is simple and small, about 10 sqm including bathroom and kitchenette. The accommodation is especially suitable for one person but there is opportunity for stay for two people. The area is very calm with no notable traffic. For those who want to get off the drive, there are bicycles for rent. From the fall to early summer, the space can be used as a student accommodation at a very greatly reduced price.

Stay close to the sea in Laxvik!

Welcome to Laxvik. We are south of Halmstad and have 100 meters down to the sea. You are staying in a room with view of the ocean. Next to the knot there is also Gullbranna Nature Reserve with nice walking paths that lead into the forest and out with the sea. It has nice beaches just outside. By bike, you can easily get to Tönnersa beach and Mellbystrand on popular Kattegattsleden which can take you to Båstad. About 2 km from us you will find Gullbranna Camping, where there is a minilivs.

Modern & fresh apartment in central Halmstad

A fresh apartment in the basement of our house with separate entry and with all the facilities. Coop Supermarket & bus-stop infront of house, No pets, no smoking inside the house. Bathroom is a little bit across cinema-room and across the hall. Light cooking is possible. Bedsheets & towels not included in the price, can be arranged at extra cost of 50SEK per towel & 50 per sheet . As cleaning charges are not included in the price, you have to leave the room in condition as you recieved.
