Centrally-located villa in a quiet and cozy residential area. Here you have walking distance to most things, within 10-15 minutes you will find Halmstad city, the western beach, the swimming stadium Brottet, grocery store and nice natural areas. Everyone is welcome here, even the four-legged ones. Our outdoor cat lives in the house and stays in the conservatory/outdoors during the rental periods. He doesn't demand anything from our tenants, but it's an advantage if you like cats as he shares the conservatory and garden with those who live in the house.

A larger house and two smaller ones with a common patio make this house perfect for a large family. The large house is 110 sqm and has three bedrooms and two toilets. A large open living room with fully-equipped kitchen. Glazed conservatory that can be opened completely to the wooden deck. In the large bathroom there is a shower and bathtub, as well as a washing machine. In the medium-sized house, which is 25 sqm, there are four beds. A small kitchen and toilet & shower. In the shed there is sleeping space for three. Parties are not allowed

Lakan, påslakan och örngott ingår inte. Slutstädning ansvarar gästerna för om inte annat avtalats och städartiklar finns att tillgå. Rökning är inte tillåtet och inte heller högljudda fester.
