Wonderful place in Båstad on the Riviera area! This stylish villa has swimming pool and jacuzzi, large terrace with several dining areas, lounge and sun loungers. Just go with the sun around the house. Beautiful flower discounts, bushes, and berries create a magic setting. Perfect for families as the villa has large surfaces and spacious bedrooms. To the sea it is about a 10-minute walk to Rivierastrand. Båstad can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Bicycles, ping pong tables, crib, high chair, cubes etc are available to borrow.

Quiet, nature and seaside holiday accommodation, close to Båstad centre. The house is recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area (stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher), large living room, 3 bedrooms – one room with double bed and two rooms with bunk beds. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Close to the house lovely lawn and a wooden deck. The house is located about 250 meters from the sea and the beach. Walking and cycling distance to Båstad harbor, tennis/padel, restaurants, shops, etc.

Charming house Båstad-good location 6+2

Charming, partly newly renovated villa with private location on Tarravägen not more than that of Hotel Skansen in downtown Båstad with a beach, the harbor, and the walking path with restaurants. The location is high and free with wonderful views from the large terrace that is generously furnished with, among other things, sofa and parasols. BBQ grill. The property is about 3000 sqm Perfect for generational living or family with small larger children as the newly renovated guest house has two beds, shower/WC and kitchenette. Great beds everywhere.

About 10 km into central Halmstad. Kattegattsleden goes through Laxvik & further towards Mellbystrand. The house is recently renovated & has 3 bedrooms & a total of 6 beds. Bright fresh kitchen directly adjacent to the terrace. Parking for 3 cars. From the house, a bathing path goes down to the beach. 100 meters to Tennis court & playground .

Living room with dining area and sofa group, sofa bed (120 cm) TV. Bathroom with shower and shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and stove. Micro, coffee maker etc. 5-10 mins walk to the center. Patio in the courtyard with both dining table and lounge group shared with us in the house next door. Free parking on street parking. Bergsbo Lodge

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is amazing and it is not impossible to see deer and moose grazing on the field. At the back there is a large deck where you see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license needed) and forest, 9km to central Halmstad and 7km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within a 15-minute drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

Nice house for 6 people in Hallands Län, Hishult

Our house is situated in the lovely swedish nature and still not far away from the local grocery. The house has been renovated the last 3-4 years and is very nice and modern. The house is appx. 75 m2. with 2 sleeping rooms (each with a duble bed and a single bed) and a new annex (with a duble bed and a single bed). There is different kinds of toys for kids (mostly boys) in the house and in the garden we have a big trampoline :-) and an extra TV for playing games or watching movies in the annex.

Scenic modern country house

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Contemporary designed house in Båstad

The house is located in a quiet and rural location near the center of Båstad (car 3 min/walk 20 min). The interior is bright Scandinavian with generous areas for socializing and relaxing. The sheltered courtyard in the southwest offers several places for meals, cooking, sun and rest. The garden to the east has a large grassy area for play and games and a breakfast area. The house was designed by Mima architects and was built in 2019. It was nominated for Båstad's architecture award in 2020.

In the middle of nature with the forest around the corner

A cozy cottage with nature nearby. The house is scenic in southern Halland on the border between farmland and forest landscape. 6 beds distributed over 2 bedrooms. Living room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom with WC and bathtub. There are also opportunities to sit outside. BBQ available. Lovely hiking such as Blåalts nature reserve is on the doorstep. Nice bike opportunities and why not take a swim in Mästocka lake that is within 5 km. Enjoy the forest and nature completely.

Comfortable and quiet accommodation in the woods

Spacious house outside of Våxtorp with 4 bedrooms, kitchen and large common areas. The house is situated between the forest and the fields close to the animals of the forest, the birds' song and the total silence. The plot is a large natural plot and there are many bicycle paths in the area. By car It takes about 15 minutes to Vallåsen bicycle facility with fine downhill tracks, 20 minutes to Laholms city center. Nearby are beautiful lakes for recreation, and fishing.
