5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

In winter, it’s great for skiing & snowboarding in Laax. A well-behaved, house-trained dog is also welcome.

Wenn ihr alles nutzt, habt ihr komplette Ruhe, eine Aussicht nach Süden auf Berge von Osten bis Westen und alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs, die Sessellift-Talstation von Falera in die Weiße Arena und Restaurants. Der kostenlose Dorf-Shuttle hält direkt vor dem Haus und die Skipiste reicht bis fast zum Haus.

Auch das Skigebiet ist mit dem Shuttlebus oder Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Gegend bietet ganz besondere Wander- und Bikerrouten. Der Baumwipfelpfad zählt zu den neusten Attraktionen und startet in nächster Nähe.

Im EG finden Sie eine vollausgestattete Küche, eine Essecke für 4 Personen und ein gemütliches Bettsofa. Das OG bietet eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen, Dusche/WC und 2 Balkone mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Das Skigebiet Vella ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Nach Surin verkehrt kein Postauto!

Wenn du zeitlich flexibel bist, kannst du gerne günstige Zeiträume bei mir anfragen (die Preise variieren saisonal stark). Mein Häuschen ist aus energetischen Gründen drogenfreie Zone.

Moderne Technik (46" Flat Screen TV, 50Mbit WLAN, Radio) und Elektro-Öfen in allen Zimmern treffen auf das Jahrhunderte alte Holzwerk mit einem rustikalen, mit Holz heizbaren Kachelofen. This lovingly furnished house with garden and terrace has enough space for a large family, couples or friends up to 9 people. The cozy pine living room with the old soapstone stove and the mountain panorama offers ideal relaxation in the quiet mountain world.
