Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Trin is idyllic and quiet and yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/bike and climbing area on mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is a 15-minute drive.

The apartment is located in an old house, so the kitchen and bathroom are not very modern. Shopping, pump track, mountain railways, restaurants and public transport are within 5 minutes' reach. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. a dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. Shuttle to the mountain railways, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5 minutes, Caumasee is a 15-minute walk away.

In walking distance from the Murschetg ski station, yet just far enough so everything you hear is the sound of the river and the chirping of the birds. Explore the treasures of the Surselva by foot, bycycle, skis, or public transport! Please consider: in winter, we usually rent Casa Delonis from Saturday until Saturday. Other inquiries will be reviewed though.
