Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. The apartment is located in the quiet village center of Flims, surrounded by a large, natural garden with a fireplace. The studio consists of an entrance area, a small kitchen, a spacious living room and bedroom as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is located in an old house, so the kitchen and bathroom are not very modern. Shopping, pump track, mountain railways, restaurants and public transport are within 5 minutes' reach. Perfect for small families, couples or friends!

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The studio with balcony is perfect for 2 - 3 people and offers enough space for a nice vacation week with a large bedroom and living room. The studio is also characterized by its central location in Laax village with shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus stop to the mountain railway (Laax Murschetg) is right in front of the house. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the valley station with the free ski bus. It couldn't be easier!

In walking distance from the Murschetg ski station, yet just far enough so everything you hear is the sound of the river and the chirping of the birds. Explore the treasures of the Surselva by foot, bycycle, skis, or public transport! Please consider: in winter, we usually rent Casa Delonis from Saturday until Saturday. Other inquiries will be reviewed though.
