Vacation rentals with a patio in La Villa

We really enjoyed the apartment. It’s clean and spacious with two lovely balconies that both have excellent views. We enjoyed Bressanone a lot, it’s a beautiful town. Highly recommend going to the Plose Mountain 🏔️ for a hike. There’s a lunch place called Rossalm Alm that’s about a 45 minute easy hike to from the gondola 🚠 that has excellent food and wine and stunning views The bus stop is close to the apartment so getting anywhere is very convenient. The restaurant at Hotel Krone which is close by has wonderful pizzas 🍕 We wished we had stayed another day or two.

Spacious apartment. An old building. Very nice. With a parking space inside. Close to everything and extraordinary to stay as a base camp for the multitude of activities and excursions that the area offers. Ortisei. Seceda. Alpe de Siusi. Odle...

First of all, the surrounding environment was so beautiful. The facilities were so perfect and everything we needed was prepared. Above all, it was clean and I didn't feel any shortcomings. It was nice to have a private parking lot in the basement and an elevator. If you are traveling in the Dolomites, you should definitely visit. I am traveling to Naples, but I miss Brunico.

We had a wonderful stay at Alex and Stefy's place. It is perfectly located to hike in different parts of the Dolomites. In addition, the apartment offers everything you need for a short vacation. Communication was always fast, Alex is very warm and proactive. We would come back anytime!

Great place to stay with an excellent view.

During my 4-day stay, I was very comfortable and had no inconvenience. The parking system was also conveniently well-equipped, so it was nice. Kitchen.I like that the bathroom is well-equipped without any inconvenience. And thank you for the quick communication.

Gerhard is a wonderful host – warm, helpful and with an open ear for his guests. You can immediately tell that he cares about the well-being of his visitors. His tips for excursions were great, and the conversations with him made the stay even more enjoyable. The journey over the mountain path was a small adventure, but you are rewarded with absolute peace and a fantastic mountain view. The apartment is cozy, well equipped and perfect for two people with a dog. Thank you for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back!

The four of us spent a nice holiday week in this great newly renovated very stylish house. There are many excursion destinations that can be hiked directly from the house. The hostess was very friendly and easy to reach. She provided us with tips on the place and special opportunities. Thank you - we will be happy to come back.

We felt very welcome and comfortable with Sara. Our dog also got along very well with Snoopy, the farm dog. The location is a great starting point for activities, whether hiking in the mountains or a trip to Bolzano for shopping and eating.

We stayed at this place for a week with our dog. It was perfect! We definitely want to vacation in this place again sometime :) The place was beautiful & perfect for us. The kitchen offers many possibilities to cook for yourself. The garden is also very well equipped, various seating/reclining options available and private (fence, etc.) The family who were our contact person on site rounded off our vacation experience. They were super helpful & accommodating at all times. We felt very welcome! The family has their own dog. She is very sweet & got along very well with our dog :)

Great, clean, comfortable place. Would highly recommend. Only thing I wish was better was the online check in website didn’t function great for me and took me about 20 mins to get all my information and passports loaded.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the needs and even the simple details such as spices, oil and coffee were present, and this is something rare and we appreciate it a lot. The bathroom is clean, the water is hot and constant, and the apartment is very warm and suitable for cold weather. The host was very cooperative, gave us the option to pick up the key from his office or meet us at the apartment, and explained everything in detail. The safety point is excellent, and everything is organized and clear. Overall, it was a great experience and I give them 10 out of 10⭐️

Great apartment with beautiful views towards the valley and Seceda mountain. Davide was a super friendly and helpful host. Local bus stop just in front of the front door. Comfortable hard mattresses, drying room for ski equipment, parking places.
