One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the last floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Appartamento al secondo piano di una villa a 1500 m. di altitudine con vista stupenda delle Dolomiti dichiarate patrimonio dell´umanita´. Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

The Cozy is a real nest! This first floor apartment preserves a warm private homey atmosphere. You will have 100sqm. living space on your own. We take personal care of the cleaning with high standards. You can complete your treat with a relaxing dip in our bathtub. A fully equipped kitchen is there if you want to indulge in a romantic dinner at home. Our perfectly mowed garden with gazebo and deck chairs will offer you the perfect spot to chill out after a day out.

This newly built flat is located near the town of Brixen. Let your gaze wander over the famous monastery, vineyards and the peaks of the Alps. You will find a well-stocked eat-in kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. Enjoy the garden or the roof terrace. Parking spaces are available. Public transport nearby. Stroll through the old town of Brixen. Explore hiking and cycling trails and the nearby ski areas.

Vacation on the Moandlhof farm

The Moandl farm has been in the Goller family for over 100 years. Traditionally, we live from dairy farming and in December 2016 we started offering farm holidays in our newly built farmhouse for the first time. The Moandl farm is worth a trip for those seeking relaxation as well as active vacationers in summer and winter. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The Essence apartment is an open space with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, an equipped kitchen, a large balcony, and a veranda overlooking the house's garden.
