House vacation rentals in La Rochelle

Very nice house… we had a great time with friends, all delighted with the accommodation Everything is planned for a great stay from the kitchen to the bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms Nice pool but not heated, and that's a shame. 🙃 We recommend the place and will definitely come back.

We stayed here as a family (3 year old and 4 month baby)- everything you could need. Very clean, top appliances and facilities. Great coffee machine and cold filtered water with ice from machine (fridge). Supermarket, bakery and restaurant a 10 minute walk (if that?). Very quiet area. 15 mins to La Rochelle by car. The host was incredibly responsive and very accommodating. Felt very at home, the kitchen incredibly well equipped and great bbq. Lovely outdoor space with plenty of shade if you need it. Sunbeds very comfortable. Although no air con the villa has plug in fans should you need it. Very modern villa with electric shutters in every room keeping it generally cool. Would highly recommend!!

Very nice house, quiet and very well equipped

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully designed and well equipped villa, which entirely met our expectations- ripe apricots on the tree and our own Boule court were delightful extras. It is ideally situated within walking distance of both the beach and the town centre. Communication before and during our stay was prompt and helpful. We would recommend to others without hesitation and hope that we will visit again before too long

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Brilliant family holiday, accommodation was exactly as portrayed in the pictures and description. Marina who completes the check-in/checkout is great and very helpful. Will hopefully be back.

We had a great time in Avignon. Charlotte and Matthieu are available and welcoming. The accommodation is as described and the jacuzzi is very pleasant. Easy to access and all amenities are within walking or bus distance. Thank you for this successful stay, we will definitely be back 😊

Accommodation that allowed my wife, my child and myself to have a pleasant stay. Guillaume was very anxious to make sure our stay went smoothly. He took into account the fact that we had an 8-month-old baby by preparing his bed and high chair. The pool was at our disposal, clean and well maintained. Really great. Thanks to Guillaume.

The little house on the Coast is a small haven of peace . Amazing view, very cozy house, very clean and very well decorated. Ideal house to disconnect. Ideally located for bike rides or walking. As a bonus, amazing sunsets.

We had a lovely stay at Valerie's gite (despite the weather). The place is very spacious and well equipped, particularly for young children. Would highy recommend. Merci Valerie

Shirley is a very welcoming host, the accommodation is ultra clean, nicely decorated, it feels like home. Close to all shops. We'll be happy to go back. One of the best and most beautiful homes we've ever done. 🙂 Everything is great!

Great apartment!..stayed here with my two adult daughters for 2 weeks. Extremely comfortable and convenient. Everything very clean and working very well. Comfortable and cosy. Safe and quiet area, very easy to access La Rochelle centre. Jessica was very responsive and helpful to any questions/needs. Highly recommended! 😊😊😊

The house is absolutely as advertised. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoking room). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We loved staying at Edouard & Catherines house! Our favourite part was the sunny patio which was great for the little ones to play in. Lovely peaceful neighbourhood but walking distance to the centre of La Rochelle.

Very good stay in the apartment rented by Maxime. An atypical well-equipped accommodation, which keeps cool in summer in a very beautiful green setting in the city center. Port de la Rochelle, market, bars and restaurants are between 5 and 15 minutes' walk. The parking space a few meters from the accommodation is a real asset when you know the parking difficulties in this city. Leave your vehicle and discover this beautiful city on foot. Perfectly suitable accommodation for a multi-day stay.

This house is very pleasant to stay in: well-designed and furnished, beautiful spaces, well-equipped and the cherry on top, the small pool ideal with the temperatures of this weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and the garden has no neighbors. The accommodation is new and very clean.

We had a great time at this place offered by Dominique. The hospitality is simple and discreet with recommendations for visiting La Rochelle. The accommodation is new, very clean, away from noise, despite being a short walk from the city center. Besides, everything is very easy by bus and it's really a big plus. We always found space on the street very easily. We'll most certainly be back.
