We had not been to La Rochelle before but we really enjoyed it. It seemed that every day we discovered a new hidden gem. New squares, new restaurants and new charming streets. The apartment is excellent in that you are just a few minutes walk from the old port, with parking. We would generally walk in for breakfast, have an exploratory walk and then an early evening drink or perhaps food. We sent so many pictures to children and friends with comments about the great atmosphere or evening sun on the harbour. The flat is great. It has a perfect living room for us as a couple with a nice balcony off the living room. The balcony stayed cool until the sun came round late in the afternoon/early evening and we sat looking out over classic French roofs. The kitchen is small but it had all we needed and the mini oven was good enough to cook pizzas and quiches. The bathroom was fine and washing machine and dishwasher a plus as we were on a 5 week road trip. Parking was secure and easy.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is perfectly clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you might need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There is parking in the vicinity, but it is often subject to a fee. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. THANK YOU Brigitte..!! 😉😉

Great location, great communication and lots of information provided. The apartment was fab, very spacious and nice decor, had everything we needed and more for our 3 night stay including a great terrace!

We had such a lovely stay, the place had so many little perks and was squeaky clean. We loved the terrace space and it seems so much thought was put into it (TV, fulled ice cube trays, extra throw blanket, etc). We already miss it! Thanks so much to our hosts.

Ideal location. We would definitely return. Lots of space and although it was super hot weather and there was no AC, the air circulated well and we were never uncomfortable. When one of the fans didn’t work, we communicated with the host and she immediately responded and replaced it.

A great little apartment with everything we needed. Close to the old port and town. Parking across the road in the carpark was easy and convenient.

Recommended by my daughter who had stayed there for a romantic weekend. I in turn really enjoyed the place, the environment and the exchanges with the owner, who was very accessible and responsive. Recommended+++

Very good stay, extremely well located apartment, nearby parking (€20) for the two days, the beach on one side, walk to the port, restaurant and shops in abundance, in short a weekend to be repeated. Great apartment and very convenient walking distance to all amenities. Christele is very sweet. The parking is a bit expensive (approx 20eur/day) but the location is convenient. There is no air conditioning so as the weather heats up in the summer it might be uncomfortable to sleep. It was on the edge last week. Opening the windows is loud and welcome mosquitos. Everything else is good.

The apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need, and even more, every detail is carefully thought out. The decoration, done with great taste, perfectly matches the photos. The apartment is new, spacious and tastefully furnished. The terraces make it an exceptional property. Pergola with a hot tub at the top. Parking with 2 spaces and an electric terminal is a real plus. Astrid and her family are welcoming and accommodating. I recommend it!

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Despite some hiccups with the concierge agency, they were able to recover and correct everything in a short time while remaining very professional. The jacuzzi was great, the products made available make it possible to settle in very well. In short, it's a very good accommodation that feels new and clean. Very good stay!

Very nice hosting by Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is lovely. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for any questions. I recommend it.

Very nice accommodation with its small terrace out of sight. The jacuzzi is a real treat whatever the weather. Very well located on the island. You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming. A big thank you. We'll be happy to do it again.
