Very nice 55 m2 duplex apartment on the 2nd floor. 2 minutes from the old port (all the fun without the hassle), 5 minutes from the central market and 7 minutes from the train station: perfect for enjoying all the many charms of La Rochelle on foot. The view is relaxing, without direct neighbors: the living room to the south overlooks a small private square and the 2 bedrooms, to the north, overlook the canal and the Saint-Sauveur Church (17th century). Suitable for two adults with two children, or for four adults.

The house is absolutely as advertised. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoking room). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

In addition, it is very quiet , which is appreciated after good days of sightseeing. Leaving the accommodation, you can walk through the neighborhoods to see in the city but also visit the aquarium, take the boat to the Islands, eat good dishes...without taking the car. Great!

We had a splendid time at Emmanuel's place. Our family of five stayed for a week and felt right at home. The house had all we needed to feel comfortable, and it was very clean. We loved the beautiful garden in particular. Also, the location is great. It's a very pretty residential neighborhood, in close walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and all the central port area has to offer. Wish we had stayed longer! We had a wonderful time, and we would gladly return to Marie and Emmanuel's place and to La Rochelle.

ideal accommodation for 2 quiet in full sun (attention! no air conditioning) with land that expands the residential space, close to all shops. Bedding remains a BZ. Parking and swimming pool are a great plus. 3km from the old port of La Rochelle but this is easily on foot or by river shuttle (€3/person). Elsa provides a detailed notebook of things to do to make your stay easier. I would highly recommend the place. Thank you to Samuel for hosting and providing advice. It was a great time at Nicolas's! The residence is very nice, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot weather and the apartment, with the shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for outdoor breakfasts. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back!

We have very good memories of our time (5 nights) in this comfortable stay! Françoise received us warmly and hospitably. The amenities were excellent and everything was in accordance with the photos and the description. The studio was taken care of with a lot of love and attention to details. The use of the swimming pool was particularly welcome! (the outside temperature was 30 degrees.) We also gratefully used the bicycles. We have had a nice time!
