Excellent property! Within walking distance to almost everything. On hot afternoons, the electric cart was a lifesaver for a quick trip to the grocery store or to grab a bite to eat. Property has everything you need for a great time at home. Private pool, grill, lounge chairs, fire pit, sauna, outdoor pizza oven, outdoor bar, etc. We will definitely stay here again! Charlie/Salome responded almost immediately when we had questions. We are already planning our next visit!

The house was just as pictured and was great for our family. The privacy was much appreciated.

Eva was a great host and responsive to questions I had. The place was as described and looked like the pictures shared. The convenience of having beach access from the location was ideal--it was less than a 5 minute walk. We appreciated the beach chairs, cart, etc... available for beach use. There were also great restaurants walking distance from the place. This place is located in a friendly community where I got great life advice from many of the retired community members.

We had a great stay at the property. I especially appreciated Alfredos assistance with coordinating transportation and his flexibility. I had left a valuable item at the end of our stay and he brought it to the hotel we had moved on to. He service was above and beyond. The property was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool. The location was very convenient. Less than two miles to the art walk on Thursdays. I would highly recommend a stay here.

This was such an incredible experience! 9 of us girls stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it was better than we could have expected. Not only is the accommodation so much better than the pictures, but the services available through the concierge are amazing. We had them organize a chef for us, which was absolutely delicious food, so convenient and well priced. We also had them stock groceries and alcohol for us which was perfectly done and very well priced as well, and we had them set up a shuttle for us we could call 20-30 mins before we needed them and they were on time every time. It was truly the best experience we could have had! Thank you so much to the hosts!

Great place for a big group! My friends and I stayed here for my 30th bday. It was nice having a few separate rooms with the kitchen area and pool area to gather. Shaina was helpful in connecting us to a private chef and local recommendations. Kitchen and each room was well stocked with supplies. Helpful to have a car, but most things are pretty close by. About a 5 min drive to Cerritos beach as well.

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Cabo. Great location in a safe neighborhood with security but close to all the bars and restaurants. The host was very good at communicating and was very accommodating. Would stay here again!

I rate this villa 5 stars because John was an exceptional host. We had a few issues which he was quick to resolve and very fair. The villa was a lot older than in the photos having said that it is very spacious well kitted out and a great location. Our main concern was the pool area which was a lot smaller than appeared in the photos. We had a concern with the open pool area as we had small kids so John had a security fence installed especially for us. We had a very enjoyable stay at Cabo. Thank you John for your quick responses to any concerns we had.

Rene was so kind during our stay! Accommodations were spectacular and her home is breathtaking! We will be back!

Enjoyed our vacation in Cabo staying at Casa Amistad. Close proximity to downtown and the Denise provided help with nearby accommodations and transportation. Would definitely come again.

The villa was very well kept and had everything we needed for 6 adults and our 2 year old granddaughter. Great privacy and multiple areas to hang out when we were back at the villa. The private pool was clean, kept warm and had amazing views, especially at sunset; great for photo ops! We had daily maid service, so the place was kept immaculate during our stay. Fresh towels were provided as needed for bathrooms and pool area. Gonzalo was our personal concierge, he was also very responsive and helpful getting us shuttle service or with any last minute changes with reservations that we needed. Charles our host was very responsive and helped us all along leading up to our stay. He was easy to deal with and would highly recommend him and definitely contact him for future stays. Thanks for a great week!

Our stay at the Villa was perfect for the holidays. We had a private concierge (Marco *****) who met us at the villa upon arrival and orientated us to the property. It was very helpful to have him go over the thermostats, the pool and hot tub controls, and other basic information about the house. Marco had already done our grocery shopping and everything was put away and done. He was also extremely helpful in setting up excursions for our family. We did a fishing trip (got a Marlin, and released him) as well as a private boating excursion for the family that was amazing! It is only about a half mile from the new Four Seasons and we took the opportunity to rent a beachfront cabana one day and enjoyed the amenities of the hotel. That being said, navigating the neighborhood is easy with a golf cart rental, but is also very walkable. We did not rent a car and UBER was available and easy to use. Would definitely recommend this management company, very professional and great!

This is a beautiful top floor condo with a magnificent view of the ocean, just as depicted in the photos. It’s a very comfortable two bedroom condo with really nice common areas and large deck. Jon and Audrey are really nice and helpful with any inquiries. The staff managing the Villa La Estancia is all about customer service . The beach is perfect for long walks. We really loved our 2 week stay!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful apartment! The resort is fantastic, the apartment was perfect and super clean, the staff went above and beyond and I could not recommend this place more. It’s also in a great location and all of the communication was super clear and easy. Jane and her team made this trip go so smoothly, which is especially important during Covid. Thank you so much to Jane and her team for such a great week!

The super recommended stay was excellent!

This was a last minute booking, and Rick was very responsive and amenable to our travel schedule. What a true oasis in a desert - we had driven from the border to here and the quiet, peace, respite, and amenities were exactly what was needed for a few nights' recharge. Plenty of parking for a larger vehicle, and a quiet, safe community feel. Everyone was super friendly. Restaurants are a short walk away, and their home is clean and comfortable. If/when we're in the area again, this will be our go-to again. Thank you Rick!

Villa sol was in a great spot, next to several local spots for quick bites and convenience stores. There was also a beautiful view from the rooftop. The house was beautiful and clean and we really appreciated the service of the housekeepers! Lastly Anna was very helpful in recommending things to do and arranging a car from the airport. She was there to greet us at the house and it was a great welcome to Cabo.

Beautiful home in a neighborhood of families living in Cabo. The home held five people with ease. Very spacious. Close to groceries, restaurants with an easy drive into Cabo San Lucas. You would want to have a car to access all you want to do. We travelled from Todo Santos to San Jose del Cabo with ease. Visited many beautiful beaches from there as well.

Joann is by far the best Airbnb host we have ever had!! Cass and Joann are so friendly and welcoming. We immensely enjoyed our stay at casa Juanita. We used the chef services provided by Elizabeth, Saul and Isela. They are so kind, accommodating, and the food was exceptional! Great experience for every meal we had. The hospitality that we received from everyone was what made our experience so memorable!! Can’t wait to go back to Casa Juanita!! Thank you for such a great week!

We had a fantastic stay at the Secret Garden. The view was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed the privacy of the location and being able to listen to the waves crashing at night. Autumn was a wonderful host, very welcoming and attentive to any needs we had!
