Newly renovated, it has been designed with maximum equipment to stay as at home: washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, Wi-Fi, TV, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower, sofa bed (140 x 190).

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The SUPER-MURAT residence is located 1200 m surrounded by nature in a nice green setting, very quiet. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Guests can also enjoy the water park, thermal baths and shops of LA BOURBOULE. The MONT DORE alpine ski resort is 15 minutes away.

La Bourboule: ideal for families or with friends.

Ideally located in the city center, this accommodation is close to small shops, the train station, the Baths, the media library, the cinema and the Casino. Children will be able to enjoy the many games of the Parc Fenestre or the Aqualudique Pole. Alpine ski enthusiasts will appreciate being a 5-minute walk from the shuttles to the Sancy resort. Also close to cross-country ski slopes and hiking trails, it is an ideal starting point to discover our beautiful region.

Equipped apartment, renovated on the 2nd floor without elevator access. In the center of La Bourboule, quiet street (near Thermes, Parc Fenestre and Mont Dore ski shuttle). Double bed 140 x 190. 1-seater sofa. Linens provided and installed. Towels also provided. Seasonal rental for a minimum 3-night stay. Check-in starts at 2pm and check-out is at 10am. Cleaning carried out by the tenant on departure (or 40 euro cleaning fee to be paid to the owner).

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Sheets and towels are provided, cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a meal basket for 2 people (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire farmer, homemade bread, cottage cheese/seasonal fruit verrine, bottle of wine) for €38.

Very nice renovated apartment.

Great place to stay and rest in peace and disconnect! Our apartment is a 100 m2 duplex, renovated and decorated in a Scandinavian style. Very bright, it is located in a quiet residence, 5 min walk to the center of La Bourboule. All shops, restaurants, thermal baths, casino, Parc Fenestre and shuttles to the ski slopes are within walking distance. By car, the Nordic and alpine ski resorts of Massif de Sancy are 10-15 minutes away.

49m2 apartment in the city center of Bourboule, you will find the main square, restaurants, shops, casino, thermal baths, the fenestra park, everything is within walking distance.... There's a lot of hiking trails... In winter, a shuttle bus takes you down the Mont Dore slopes. It has a cellar for storing skis,bikes... You will find a raclette service, coffee maker, fan, hair dryer... There is space and very bright.
