A separate toilet near the bedroom. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer. A welcoming 40 m² living space with sliding glass doors opening onto the garden, featuring: a kitchen with a large central island/dining area, microwave/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, teapot, kettle, blender, toaster, raclette machine, crepe maker… plus basic pantry items available; a “bistro-style” dining area with a wide bench; a living area with two sofas, a 49" TV, a DVD player, a small video library, and a Wii game console; a sleeping nook with two built-in alcove bunk beds (140 cm each).

Charming little studio, located at the foot of the Puys mountain range, ideal for a couple with a child. Very close to several hiking and mountain biking trails. The Ruche des Puys Museum is 200 meters away. It is about a 5-minute drive from Vulcania and the Lemptegy volcano. 10 minutes from the Les Goules parking lot (starting point for several volcanic peaks), 15 minutes from the Les Dômes Panoramic departure point and 20 minutes from the Volvic Cave and Spring. A89 highway, exit 26, 10 minutes away.

Welcome to L'Instant Bohème: a 110 m2 suite dedicated to couples in the heart of downtown Clermont-Fd! On the first level, the suite includes a relaxation area with Balneotherapy, a volcano bed, a stage, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower area with a rain showerhead. A second level dedicated to pleasures with swing, St. Andrew's cross, tantric sofa... To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer extras such as late checkout, champagne and many other surprises.

Breakfast is included. 2 people minimum - 4 people maximum A romantic night in the countryside or a family stopover: spend a night in an authentic, carefully decorated caravan. A childhood dream... Ideally located 5 minutes from Vulcania, 20 minutes from Puy de Dôme and 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand. The trailer is located on my property. It has two 140 x 190 cm beds. The bathroom is private (shower - sink - dry toilet). Linens and towels are provided.
