Double bed 140 x 190. 1-seater sofa. Linens provided and installed. Towels also provided. Seasonal rental for a minimum 3-night stay. Check-in starts at 2pm and check-out is at 10am. Cleaning carried out by the tenant on departure (or 40 euro cleaning fee to be paid to the owner).

Very nice renovated apartment.

Great place to stay and rest in peace and disconnect! Our apartment is a 100 m2 duplex, renovated and decorated in a Scandinavian style. Very bright, it is located in a quiet residence, 5 min walk to the center of La Bourboule. All shops, restaurants, thermal baths, casino, Parc Fenestre and shuttles to the ski slopes are within walking distance. By car, the Nordic and alpine ski resorts of Massif de Sancy are 10-15 minutes away.

We had a great week with the family in this charming and impeccably clean apartment. It is ideal for hosting families, with spaces well thought out for everyone to find their place. The two rooms on the ground floor are perfect for adults, offering comfort and tranquility. The rooms in the subplex are also great, but they are more suitable for children for a longer stay. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to amenities. Thanks to our host Catherine for her warm welcome and attention to detail (like a charming Christmas decoration), which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this apartment.
