Located 50 m from Parc Fenestre (high entrance with children's games) and 800 m walk from downtown (shops, thermal baths, casino...). Many hiking trails start nearby. In the winter season, a shuttle bus that departs from the city center will take you to the Mont Dore resort

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a packed lunch for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire fermier, homemade bread, cottage cheese verrine with fruit) + €7 with a bottle of Chateaugay.

Enjoy a stylish and central accommodation on the 2nd floor of a magnificent Art Deco residence (former hotel renovated into apartments in 2023), with elevator. This very bright apartment, 60 m², facing south (balcony) and west, with views of the thermal baths (opposite), the city and the valley, comfortably accommodates 5 people (2 bedrooms). It offers premium amenities (wood, ceramic countertop and sinks, equipment). Shops are located nearby.

Towels, sheets and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

Great place to stay and rest in peace and disconnect! Our apartment is a 100 m2 duplex, renovated and decorated in a Scandinavian style. Very bright, it is located in a quiet residence, 5 min walk to the center of La Bourboule. All shops, restaurants, thermal baths, casino, Parc Fenestre and shuttles to the ski slopes are within walking distance. By car, the Nordic and alpine ski resorts of Massif de Sancy are 10-15 minutes away.
