Ideal for two people, cozy 20 m2 studio completely renovated and located on the third floor with elevator. Come and enjoy this small cozy nest well equipped where the spaces are well used. A balcony will give you the opportunity to enjoy the view and the outdoors. Located 5 minutes by car (15 minutes walk) from the city center of La Bourboule, it offers you the possibility to park easily thanks to the large parking lot of the residence. Shops nearby. Pleasant balcony equipped to enjoy the view of the mountains. The studio is equipped with a 140 bed, a sofa and tv seating area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with wc. All linens are provided. Pets ⛔️. Intermarche is a 2-minute walk away. Downtown is a 3-minute drive. Mont-Dore is a 10-minute drive away.

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a packed lunch for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire fermier, homemade bread, cottage cheese verrine with fruit) + €7 with a bottle of Chateaugay.

Cécile and Yann welcome you for a quiet stay on a one hectare plot, wooded, with its pond and pontoon, ideal for good times as a couple or with family.

Towels, sheets and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

For a night, a weekend or a week, come and recharge your batteries in a cozy wooden cabin, on stilts and with all the comforts!
