I support my parents in renting out the apartment. Most of the time I am not on site, but my parents are always at home and welcome our guests personally. Beautiful partially furnished 2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Küblis. In all rooms, there is a new floor with underfloor heating as well as a completely new bathroom. The small apartment is very simple but nice. The apartment is integrated into the single-family house in a sunny and quiet location. Large parking space available.

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
