Very stylish 1-room apartment (sofa bed!) realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer with separate shower room, 31 sqm living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom-made, kitchen countertop and edible concrete/wood inlay work/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete spatula technique, whereby due to the very limited space situation shower and toilet could not be separated spatially.

The apartment (2nd floor, approx. 35 sqm) is located on the beautiful Untermarkt, right in the heart of the historic old town and yet traffic-calmed.
