Location: buses to Morskie Oko within walking distance, 3 km from the city centre, quiet neighbourhood; shops, restaurants, ski lifts (Nosal), valleys (Olczyska, Kopieniec), sights, bus stop within walking distance. I live in the house so I'm ready to help you :)

You can reach Gubałówka on foot(1 hour) and go by ropeway to Krupówki (4 minutes). Surroundings: hiking and cycling routes, ski slops!
