Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.
