Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions to the beautiful surroundings and interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (about 20 min.) leads to the old town.

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

On 30 square meters, a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, a private modern bathroom with shower and a kitchen-living room await you. In it there is an additional sofa bed with a sleeping area of 1.10 x 1.86 m. You can enjoy the sun in your own front yard. For children, a slide and swing are available in the private garden area for shared use

Enjoy the special flair in our small apartment "Zum Mauerwerk." Vacation, living or working on beautiful Lake Constance in listed walls and that in the oldest district of Constance - the Niederburg. The first-floor apartment is centrally located in the old town between the Rhine and the cathedral. Within walking distance you can reach all the sights, localities, cultural attractions, the Rhine and Lake Constance.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Die frisch renovierte, zentral gelegene Parkettwohnung ist der ideale Startpunkt um die Konstanzer Altstadt, den Bodensee und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone gelegen lädt die Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss besonders mit ihrem freundlichen, geräumigen Parkett-Zimmer dazu ein, das Altstadtflair auch aus der eigenen Unterkunft mit Stil zu genießen.

1-2 person living cube with a small wooden terrace. Quiet location by the forest, near the university, 2.4 km to the center, bus stop 400 m. The accommodation features a large sofa bed (2.00 x 1.60) , a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, underfloor heating, car parking space, TV, WLAN, iron and ironing board. The property is in our backyard.

The apartment is well equipped, cozy, spacious and has access to the terrace overlooking the garden and the fields behind it. The small sleeping gallery is very popular with the children. The lake with various possibilities for swimming is in the immediate vicinity. Dingelsdorf is a good starting point for numerous excursions and activities in the area.

A pefect equipped kitchen, a cool bathroom, a luxury kingsize bed (180 x 200) and a single-bed in the small side-room. Perfect for 2 or 3 persons (max. 5 persons). The apartment is situated right in the pedestrian area!

Right in the center of Constance, on the 2nd floor of the renovated historic building "Zum oberen Schulhof" from the 15th century, this spacious and charming 2-3-room apartment with terrace. The apartment is available with one or two bedrooms.
