Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

Dear holiday guest, The apartment is 100 square meters and is equipped with a very bright and spacious living room, two bedrooms with double beds, the larger one has an extra bed, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Our beloved family country house welcomes you! The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.

Pets are welcome. Close to a bus stop, lake, boat and ferry about a 10-minute walk away. Free parking is available in the nearby public parking lot
