Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests looking for a relaxing break. At the same time, it is a great starting point for excursions in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long riverside path or the free, direct bus (about 10 min.) leads to the old town.

ELW, about 20 square meters, in a quiet residential area, right by the forest and yet central. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm wide bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you. Through a possibly open connecting passage, you can enjoy your vacation together and still have your own realm.

Thanks to the central location, you can reach the city center in a few minutes and in about 15 minutes you are at beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished with a modern shower and kitchen so that nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. Small studio-apartment, new and charming

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Enjoy the special flair in our small apartment "Zum Mauerwerk." Vacation, living or working on beautiful Lake Constance in listed walls and that in the oldest district of Constance - the Niederburg. The first-floor apartment is centrally located in the old town between the Rhine and the cathedral. Within walking distance you can reach all the sights, localities, cultural attractions, the Rhine and Lake Constance.

Our holiday home is very spacious and suitable for up to five people. From the stylish and homely living room with sofa bed you can step outside to a balcony. Situated direct in heart of Constance !!! Bicycles have a dry and safe place in the locked, covered courtyard. The BODENSEE-CARD is included in the tourist tax: free travel on all public transportation. Floor area: 30 qm (plus balcony)

Aquamarine vacation home in paradise

New 80 sq. m apartment, built in 2015 in the middle of one of the most popular residential areas of Constance. The apartment is located just opposite the University of Applied Sciences, 100 m from the shore of Lake Constance and the beach bar, 500 m from the old town with Niederburg and the cathedral. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

1-2 person living cube with a small wooden terrace. Quiet location by the forest, near the university, 2.4 km to the center, bus stop 400 m. The accommodation features a large sofa bed (2.00 x 1.60) , a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, underfloor heating, car parking space, TV, WLAN, iron and ironing board. The property is in our backyard.

City apartment with flair

Right in the center of Constance, on the 2nd floor of the renovated historic building "Zum oberen Schulhof" from the 15th century, this spacious and charming 2-3-room apartment with terrace. The apartment is available with one or two bedrooms.
