Great location for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. One bed annex with shower room and a sofa bed in living area for one adult or child . There is a small pantry unit with microwave/toaster/fridge/coffee machine/kettle, there is NO full kitchen so no sink/cooker. Walking distance to Heacham beach. Our lovely coastal flat is only 100m from the beach. There is so much to do and explore in the local area or you can relax and enjoy the serenity of the local area. The flat has a fully functioning kitchen with a gas hob/oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are two pubs within walking distance that serve traditional pub food. There is a fish and chip shop on your doorstep along with an ice cream parlour. Hunstanton town is a 30 minute (approx.) walk along the hardstanding promenade.

Stunning location set on a conservation area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. To the front of our picturesque period cottage is a peaceful common & large pond. We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. The Annex has just been fully renovated to a high standard. Its in a peaceful country setting but only 25 mins from the nearest beaches & 10 mins to the closest town.
