Die Ferienwohnung Magdalene liegt im dritten Stock der sanierten Gründerzeitvilla in der Holtenauer Straße 100. Umgeben von einem großen Garten bietet sie eine Oase der Ruhe in lebendiger Innenstadtlage. Die lichtdurchflutete Dachwohnung wurde von uns mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgebaut und 2020 fertiggestellt. Das Interieur vereint neue Designermöbel mit Klassikern, die aus der alten Villa stammen. Die großzügige Wohnung liegt auf zwei Ebenen und ist über ein privates Treppenhaus zu erreichen.

Our apartment is located in the garden city of Kronshagen, directly adjacent to our beautiful state capital of Kiel. The apartment is very quietly located on a one-way street. From the apartment you can directly access a fenced small property with a playhouse for the little ones. Explore the beaches around Kiel, stroll through the city center or enjoy a coffee right at the Kiel harbor. Due to the central location of the apartment, you can plan a different excursion every day.

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. There is space for up to five people on 80 square meters with two separate bedrooms and a spacious living/dining room. You can walk to the beach in just 5 minutes. In the west-facing garden you can enjoy a relaxed bbq, sunbathe in the beach chair on cooler days or treat yourself to some wellness in the private sauna!

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

On the southern outskirts of Kiel in tranquil Mielkendorf, our small guest apartment (about 40 square meters) is quietly situated in nature with views of the sunset and the Eidertal with wide meadows. The area invites you to take longer walks and the bus to Kiel city center (7 km away) is only a few meters from the property. The beaches of the Baltic Sea are 20-30 minutes away by car. The Molfsee open-air museum is close by.
