This stylish apartment on the 18th floor of the Plaza Premium offers stunning views over the fields of Ostholstein and stunning sunsets right from the balcony with rocking chairs. The open living area has a particularly comfortable box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a dining area as well as TV, games and books for relaxing evenings. In addition, there is a small separate bedroom, ideal for families or guests who want a little more privacy. The fully equipped kitchen (including two coffee machines) is perfect for a cozy breakfast or dinner in the apartment. The bathroom has a bathtub, rain shower and bidet. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are of course included. Guests can also enjoy breakfast and the hotel's wellness and sports area for a fee.

The outdoor area features a spacious terrace with wooden decking, surrounded by greenery and flower beds. A relaxing seating arrangement is positioned on the patio, complemented by lush trees and vibrant plants, creating a serene environment for outdoor enjoyment.

Your beautiful spacious accommodation is located in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein in the middle of the greenery, very idyllic and quiet location. 100 m walk to the field, meadows and the forest. Bicycle tours, inline skating, walking/jogging, horses in the immediate vicinity. Also so centrally located that you can spend time within 5-10 km in places such as Pönitz, the rose city of Eutin, the HANSAPARK or on the beaches of Scharbeutz & Haffkrug

Studio apartment with bathroom & kitchen area

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

It is a modern, spacious studio apartment. It consists of a large room (54 m²) with an integrated kitchenette, bathroom and a spacious terrace. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance and enjoy a beautiful view over the Schlei from your own terrace and through the large panoramic windows. In the high season we charge €85 per night, otherwise €80. Final cleaning costs € 70. Other than that there are no additional costs.
