Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Very well equipped kitchen, one double bed, one sofa bed and one single bed, bathroom with shower, balcony to enjoy sunsets and the sea. The flat is located in Hotel Olympia, there are two elevators and the possibility to use the washing machine and a dryer in the building. Parking available. High chair and toys upon request. The house has a passive house standard, underfloor heating and is operated exclusively with renewable energy. Parking is available at the front door. The city center is easily accessible by bus, on foot or by bike.

There is also a TV corner. 1 car parking space in a parking lot secured with a barrier is at your disposal.

An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)

You rent a modern and recently renovated apartment right on the center of the district Friedrichsort. Nearby there are various shops and restaurants. The apartment is about 10 minutes' walk from the beach where are also the high ropes course "High Spirits", a mini-golf and a barbecue place. Bus stops to go into the city and a ferry to Laboe are also very close.
